May 19, 2026"Very good and reasonably priced food, charming atmosphere and great service! The food was very good, just shy of excellent. The desserts are excellent though. Portion sizes are fair and the food is reasonably priced. The restaurant is situated in-between two banks of the river with a huge tree in the middle of the terrace providing shade. It's a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The service is great and the staff is very friendly and professional. Overall very recommended, especially for long relaxing evenings."

May 02, 2026"Exceptional. A local taxi driver recommended Familija and it was some of the best food we've had near Split. Portions are very generous; the "Meat Platter for 2" easily fed 4 of us and had a huge variety of meats and flavors. They do have an English menu, make sure to ask for it of they give you the Croatian menu by default. Great staff, everyone we spoke to spoke English well. Decent wine and beer selection. We're coming back tomorrow for the Peka lamb and veal"
